I know there are so many people who wish to do good by volunteering at guest farms, sanctuaries etc.

It's essential to make sure the venue in question does not engage in any breeding, hunting or other unethical practises!

I know it's not particularly PC to upload a link to another forum.

But "facebooking" based on the traffic offers so many opportunities to engage in campaigning etc.

Therefore I include a group here which deals with the "bad apples" in the volunteering industry - yes it's an industry which often exploits the volunteer's goodwill to help and sustain:
